Stan Winn talked me through the process and explained simply when I didn't understand something regarding the actual work and the insurance. The whole experience was painless and I would recommend this company for anyone who might be considering a new roof.

My roof was done a year ago. The whole operation, from beginning to end, was a model for how business transactions should go. Everything went as promised. The crew arrived on time and left my yard as clean as if they were never here. There have been no issues since. Based on my experience with the roof- If Mr Esser, the owner, ran more businesses, I'd be a loyal customer of all of them.

My experiences with Joe Esser and American Central Roofing have been excellent. Roofing a property is sometimes a challenge and it is so helpful to have someone who is patient to explain and answer my questions. Joe uses a drone to show progress on roof projects, which is helpful, but he also climbs up to troubleshoot when needed. He works with insurance company adjusters, and that isn't easy. American Central Roofing is my first choice when roofing needs to be evaluated and/or repaired at my personal home or one of my rentals.

Had them do the siding on our chimney. Did a great job, looks perfect.

Deck replacement work. They removed the top wood and replaced the deck top and all railing and rebuilt the steps. They did a fantastic job. We are thrilled with the final product. Very professional and courteous. Would definitely use them again.

On a cold, rainy day, we found water coming down inside our house from a roof leak. We had never used American Central, but was given there name. I called Joe and told him my situation. He immediately came out and got on my second floor roof during a cold and wet day. He found the leak and temporarily fixed it. He would not take any payment for coming out. Then we used him to work with our insurance agency to get a claim on our roof completed. He did an incredible job representing us with the claims adjuster. During the roof repair, he found several problems that he went above and beyond to fix properly. Joe and his team earned our trust and we highly recommend them.

I was extremely pleased with the work that Joe and his crew from American Central Corp completed for me. We had hail damage to the existing roof and guttering and also needed interior sheetrock and paint repairs from the leaking roof. Joe worked directly with our insurance company and managed all parts of the project. I was very impressed with this company. Joe Esser returned my call quickly and came out the same day to inspect my roof. I had a skylight that was leaking. After inspection, he could have recommended that I replace both skylights (several thousand dollars based on my research) - which I was prepared for, but he suggested a repair that made a lot of sense and cost less than $1,000. Solved my problem - no more leaks and/or worries about replacing them in the future. It was a very professional approach and a positive experience. Update - October 29th, 2020 I had another one of those roof leaks that seem impossible to find. It took a little time, but Joe Esser discovered the problem and fixed it promptly. I am very satisfied. Joe Esser is "Batman"!

Joe and Cheyenne made the new roof experience quick and painless for us. We had a hail storm five days after closing on our first home. We hadn’t even moved in yet. Cheyenne filed our claim for us and explained everything. Joe followed up with our insurance until they sent the correct amount. The work is amazing and the service is phenomenal. I was so glad I found American Central Corp as I was not looking forward to finding three different companies and coordinating three different efforts. Joe at American Central Corp was patient answering all my questions. And I had many with this being the first roof replacement we have ever done. We had a wood shingle roof removed and replaced with the best looking CertainTeed shingles. Joe even built and designed our copper chimney box flashing. It was a two day job and his crew worked from 7:30am to 7:00pm the first day, Joe was on the job site and even on the roof to make sure the job went smoothly. He even covered our small pool with a tarp to keep debris out. The crew was respectful and concentrated on getting the job done. Second day after finishing up, they cleaned up like champs! The best thing about working with Joe is that other professionals had great things to say about him. Leon who did our gutters, and Jeff Brown our Public Adjuster told us Joe has every detail worked out beforehand and is a good man. I have to agree! I hope I can add a picture of my husband up on the roof as a happy customer!

Something that we dreaded doing was getting a new roof for our home. I can’t stress enough how smooth and easy American Standard made this process. They made sure to be there when the insurance company came to make sure everything was covered and to help me not feel intimidated while talking to insurance. The crew was quick and cleaned up everything. Our new roof and gutters look great!

ACC did quality work on our roof and gutters. Not only did they repair the damage from a storm, but also made the house's appearance "pop" a little bit more. The whole process was a lot less stressful than I had imagined, and they were there each step of the way. One last significant point, the crew were very respectful, polite and engaged, regardless of the 100+ temps up there.

He was on sight, exceptional results with Ins Co, excellent eye for detail while working closely with a professional crew.
